1. Data Mapping and Inventory: Conduct a comprehensive data audit to understand what personal data is collected, processed, stored, and shared. Document data flows and identify areas of risk.

2. Update Policies and Procedures: Revise privacy policies, notices, and consent mechanisms to align with GDPR requirements. Ensure transparency and provide clear information about data processing activities.
